Insurance & billing FAQ.
How much does physical therapy cost?
With insurance, most patients pay only a copay per visit (typically $10–$50, depending on plan). Patients with high deductibles may pay more until the deductible is met. We give you a clear picture of expected costs before your first visit.
What if I don't have insurance?
We offer affordable self-pay rates for uninsured patients. Call us at (719) 345-4097 to discuss options. Many patients find self-pay PT more affordable than dealing with high-deductible plans.
Does Medicare cover physical therapy?
Yes. Medicare Part B covers physical therapy at 80% after the annual deductible. Most patients with traditional Medicare and supplemental coverage have minimal out-of-pocket costs.
Will my plan cover all the visits I need?
Most plans cover the medically necessary visits required for your condition. Some plans have annual visit limits, while others cover unlimited visits. We verify your specific limits before your first appointment.
How does Workers Compensation billing work?
For workers comp cases, we bill directly to the carrier — you pay nothing out of pocket. We also coordinate with your case manager and provide all required documentation throughout your treatment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, all major credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment plans available for patients with significant out-of-pocket costs.
